Lease Terms
Pet Policy
Cascade Park Apartments is pet friendly and permits a maximum of two pets per apartment, but not two large dogs. We do not have a weight limit on dogs, but we do have a breed restriction list. There is a $15 pet rent per pet per month and a pet deposit of $250, of which $150 is fully refundable, pending no damages in the apartment at time of move out.
